I would like to nominate all the Angel Moms for the Act of Kindness award who participate in Angel Moms actively everyday, or even just popping in on occasion to let us know how you are feeling. You just don't realize how much you/we help one another on a daily basis with your feelings, your understanding, your compassion, your heart, your support, your blessing, and your love. I can't thank you all enough daily how much each and everyone of you has become a part of my and others healing. Some of you don't realize it yet, but I see it every single day. I just want to take the opportunity to say that I love you all and thank you from my heart what you all mean to me. To all the Angel Moms you have my vote for the Angel Mom Act of Kindness! ~ Always, Nancy

I would like to nominate Samantha, mother of Angel Christopher.

Two weeks ago, there was a night of rememberance for all of our children who we have lost to the HIV/AIDS virus in Kansas City. Samantha knew we would be going and she called me the next night at 11 p.m. her time and talked with me for two hours and let me pour my heart out to her. She wanted to make sure I was ok and hear about how it went.

This was so special to me that she cared and stayed up till her family was asleep and called me so I would have her undivided attention and she listened and comforted me. ~ Susan Huddleston mother of Angel Shelly

I would like to nominate Teresa Shireman, mother of Angel Amber.

I recently went to a new doctor and the doctor said to me........IT IS GOOD THAT YOUR DAUGHTER DIED.....

I was so upset and called Teresa. She lives in Florida and has limited minutes and she called me back and talked to me for at least an hour to help me get through this. She explained that apparently this doctor had not lost a child and it is a case of one of stupid things people say to angel mothers. I don't know what I would have done without her help and support, love and caring.

She has made a big difference in my life since losing my daughter Shelly for at least 6 to 7 years now and is always there when I need her. ~ Susan Huddleston Mother to Angel Shelly
